Best Western Plus Lake Jackson Inn & Suites

We had such a pleasant stay at this Best Western Plus, completely different from the experience we had before in Sugar Land. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helped us check in early. The room facilities were great. The A/C and fridge were impressively quiet (hard to find in most hotels), the water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the mattress was very comfortable. We stayed in a pet-friendly room, which was $40 for the pet fee per night, and they provided two dog bowls, waste bags, and even treats. Such a nice touch! Overall, a wonderful experience and we will definitely come back again.

We were visiting family in the area and loved this place! We had originally booked at the place next door and moved here after 1 horrible night in the other. Kelli was so helpful getting us into a pet friendly room, which was amazing! So clean! The breakfast is wonderful and the pool was refreshing. Will definitely stay here when we come back in town.

The rooms were pristine. The lighting needs to be changed to warmer lighting, either LED or otherwise. The staff was great and they have free EV car charging. A great perk of you end up with an EV rental car. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff.

The BEST hotel in Lake Jackson, hands down. The staff, the SUPER CLEAN rooms, the breakfast, the espresso machine!! Melody at the front is the sweetest and so professional. Not only are the rooms and bathrooms the cleanest I have ever seen at any hotel ever but the breakfast is 10/10. They use actual real eggs and they fry real bacon, not the microwave kind. I believe the owners are from Italy and they have an espresso machine downstairs that blows Starbucks out of the water. I mean, it’s really not even comparable. It is absolutely amazing. Considering the price of a breakfast +2 lattes these days (here it’s all complimentary) you definitely get a lot out of your stay. We flew in from Thailand and stayed here for 6 nights. So glad we gave Best Western a chance. We are members at most top hotel chains, and I can tell you now that this is the best hotel in Lake Jackson. They have stellar reviews for a reason! Go see for yourself :)

The hotel is very nice, and the breakfast is good, but the evening customer service was an awful experience for me upon arrival. I was being dropped off by my best friend, and many questions were thrown at me, assuming many other guests were going to stay with me in my room. Not the case. I was the only one who stayed each night, but I should not have been treated rudely regardless. When you are the face of the hotel, I think that you should give superb customer service and not make your guests feel unwelcome the second they arrive. I was exhausted after a long flight and regretted choosing this place because I was being spoken to very rudely. I requested something and was given a lousy excuse for not providing what I was requesting. The customer service in the morning was good, and the staff were nice and helpful. The night was a completely different experience. Also, there was a light outside that was so bright, and it was hitting my room window. No one wants to sleep with a light shining inside their room. I hope no one has to feel the way I did after taking an emergency flight to attend my Grandpa's funeral.

We had several rooms at this location and were in town for my brother’s funeral. The hotel is spotless inside and out. The staff was amazing from the front desk personnel to the cleaning staff. Everyone employed here truly made us feel right at home and we appreciated their hospitality. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I travel for work and stay at a lot of high end hotels. I would rate this place right at the top of any other place I’ve ever stayed!

First time here and me and my boyfriend loveee this hotel. The staff are extremely nice and easy to talk to. When I first got in yesterday Mrs. Debbie recommended a Mexican spot to eat at which was very good. She talked to me like she had been knowing me for years. This morning I woke up too late to get breakfast and they allowed me to still get some things that were left over. The hotel is clean, rooms are nice, and the property itself is nice and not overcrowded.

In comparison to other motels in the area, this place is honestly heaven. Even compared to other Texas motels in the same price range, it still stands out. The property is very clean, well maintained, and genuinely dog friendly. And yes, it is actually clean. No mold, no grime, and none of the issues I have encountered at other Lake Jackson motels and hotels. This Best Western Plus was a relief to stay in and made the trip far more pleasant. I highly recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, and their sanity.
